B is for "Bus Shelter"

Several days ago I remarked that I sometimes make acronyms out of things I need to remember when I can't write them down, and was using "CRAB" for that purpose. I then used the B, for Bristol, Tennessee. I got another B. We'll deal with A tomorrow.

For some reason, about three weeks ago, the bus shelter for westbound traffic on Market Street at the Four Corners was removed. There are still bus shelters on the other three corners, Market Street eastbound, and Broad Street both north and south, plus the little police hutch. But the westbound shelter is gone. I wonder why.

Speaking of shelter, I have updated pix of the new housing on and at the end of my block, the progress of which I have shown in various stages over the months. This is the pair of houses three doors from me. They are just about ready for occupancy, it would seem, tho the front has to be cleaned up and some kind of landscaping done.
